A gated community built between 2001-2002, Courtside is situated adjacent to the tennis courts and clubhouse of the Weston Hills Country Club just off Royal Palm Blvd. and before the manned guard gate that leads to most other subdivisions within Weston Hills, making it easier for guests to visit residents of this luxury community.  

About half of the units on Center Court Drive offer golf course and/or water views.  Although these look like townhouses on the exterior, the units at Courtside at Weston Hills are actually coach homes (each owner has either the downstairs or upstairs) and each has a 2-car garage. The first floor units feature a private brick pavered courtyard entrance and patio while the second floor units have a spacious balcony, with some overlooking the fairway and/or lake.  Some second floor units come with an elevator.  These coach homes came with hurricane impact windows when they were built.  This community is professionally managed, and governed by the Courtside at Weston Hills Country Club Condominium Association.

Courtside at Weston Hills is conveniently located very close to Weston Town Center's shopping and dining.  Weston's City Hall and Midtown Athletic Club are also just around the corner.
